Everything You Need to Know Before Your Appointment

What hours are you open?

We are open 7 days a week from 10 am to 9 pm.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, cash and check.

Are walk-ins accepted?

We accept walk-ins if we have the availability. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you can be seen on a particular day and time. You can also call to check our availability for same day appointments.

How far should I book my appointment?

We suggest booking your appointment at least a day or two in advance. Our weekends fill up quicker than weekdays, so if you are planning to see us over the weekend, try to get your appointment booked sooner than later!

If I am using ClassPass, can I request a male or female therapist?

Unfortunately, ClassPass does not give you the option to request a specific therapist or therapist gender. We recommend giving us a call for specific therapist requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24 hour notification is required for all canceled or rescheduled appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This fee also applies to appointment no-shows.

How do I apply the introductory rate?

Your discount will be applied before you come in! When booking for your first time we ask for a card to hold your appointment, but you will not see any charges until you check out at the front desk after your massage.

I don't have any cash. Can I still leave a tip for my therapist?

Yes! We accept cards for tips as well. Your therapist will receive 100% of their tip at the end of their shift.

Can I bring my own creams and oils?

We recommend to let our therapists use their intended cream for your massage,. However, if it is necessary, then please give us a call to discuss options and we will do our best to satisfy you.

Do you have couples massages?

A couples massage in the same room is not currently available however, we can book two appointments at the same time with different therapists.

What is your safety policy regarding COVID-19?

All guests and staff regardless of vaccination status are required to wear face masks. We appreciate everyone's effort to keep other safe during this time. We continue to monitor the temperature of all staff and routinely disinfect materials or spaces used throughout the day.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

If you are late for your scheduled appointment we will try to give you as much of your massage time as our schedule will allow without compromising other scheduled appointments. Please give us a call if you are running late to your appointment so we can inform your therapist.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift certificates are available for purchase online, in-person and over the phone.

I lost my gift certificate. Can I still use it or get a new one?

Yes. We can look up the gift certificate if you can provide who purchased the gift certificate or the number shown under the barcode.
