Swedish

is the most popular type of massage. The therapist utilizes light to medium pressure to soft tissue for relaxation and reduced anxiety.

Deep Tissue

massage utilizes medium to deep pressure and helps reduce chronic pain. The therapist applies targeted pressure to connective tissue and deeper layers of muscle.

Ashiatsu

is a Japanese word that literally translates to foot-pressure. This specific therapy is preformed with the therapists bare feet and helps improve posture and relieve pain and stress. Teh bare feet technique allows for broad, consistent deep pressure.

Sports Massage

is a massage technique that utlizes medium to firm pressure designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. Sports massage is beneficial for pre-event, post-event, and injury treatment. Often this therapy also includes stretches and range of motion movements to increase flexibility.

Prenatal Massage
